Instore Returns Policy

What happens if you need to exchange/return an item? Please read below for our in store policy.

  • You need to make contact with us within 5 days of purchase and the item needs to be returned in an unused and original condition with the box and packaging.
  • Items must also be unworn and in perfect condition.
  • If 5 days has passed since date of your purchase, we unfortunately can't offer an exchange or store credit.

We DO NOT refund change of mind as you have had the time to try on and decide in store before purchasing.

Faulty Items

  • In the unfortunate circumstance where an issue has arisen. Please make immediate contact with us so we are able to resolve the issue for you.
  • Our policy for faults is to seek the opinion for our suppliers and shoe repairers to make an informed decision on the next step to take. 
  • As per the Consumer Guarantees Act, we have the right to repair minor faults, to establish if there is a fault or if the issue was caused from general wear or incorrect use for the intended purpose of the footwear.
  • We expect a lot from our shoes these days so please be mindful that general wear over time, scuffing, driving and not alternating your shoes to prevent breakdown is not considered a fault. Shoe care is an integral part of maintaining and lengthening the life of your shoes.
  • If we are unable to repair the issue, or replace the pair, we will offer a refund or store credit.
